POST GAME RECAP: Barnstormers @ Pirates
DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers suffered another loss during the 2026 campaign on Saturday, 50-7 to the Orlando Pirates, to drop to 1-9 on the year.
Quarterback Dante Aviles-Santos ended the game 7-18 for 66 yards with 3 interceptions.
Running back David Elder had the lone score Saturday for Iowa, rushing for 63 yards on 17 attempts along with the score.
On the defensive side of the ball, Trenton McGhee and Jon Adams Jr. led the team in tackles, each bringing home 4 a piece.
Iowa will return to the field for its next home game against the Quad City Steamwheelers on Saturday, June 13 at 7 p.m. CT.
