Biography

Bonner (5-11, 225, Illinois/Temple) joins the Iowa Barnstormers for his first season with the team. Collegiately, Bonner began his career at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he spent three seasons. During his time with the Fighting Illni, Bonner appeared in 29 games where he ran for 822 yards and ten touchdowns. Bonner opted out during 2020 due to Covid and then continued his career at Temple University for his senior season in 2021. He appeared in 10 games with the Owls where he rushed for 138 yards and two touchdowns.
