Biography

McNeil (5-10, 185, Indiana University-Pennsylvania) returns to the Iowa Barnstormers for his second season with the team. Collegiately, McNeil spent four years at Indiana University – Pennsylvania appearing in 46 games and collecting 115 receptions for 2,062 yards and 19 touchdowns. While with the Crimson Hawks, McNeil was also recognized by his team earning the Most Inspirational Award in 2017.

McNeil joined the Barnstormers in 2022 for his rookie season with the team,  appearing in 12 games and collecting 27 receptions for 460 yards and nine touchdowns.
