Biography
Bailey (5-11, 180, Youngstown State) joins the Iowa Barnstormers for his first season in the Indoor Football League (IFL). Collegiately, Bailey began his career at the University of Florida where he spent two years with the Gators and appeared in 16 games at both wide receiver and special teams before transferring to Youngstown State University. In two years with the Penguins, Bailey appeared in 26 games  appearing in 16 games before transferring to Youngstown State University. In two years with Penguins, Bailey collected 79 receptions for 935 yards and seven touchdowns.
